1. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information.

• Enquiry information: company name, contact name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your enquiry, provided through our contact form or by email.
• Operational data from client Amazon accounts: advertising spend and campaign information, order information, inventory, product information, Amazon fees and settlement information, and product review information. We obtain these through Amazon Advertising reports and the Selling Partner API (SP-API), with the client’s authorization.
• Website usage information: date and time of access, pages viewed, referrer, browser and device type, and IP address, collected in aggregate through Google Analytics 4.

2. Buyer personal information

We do not collect the names, addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses of consumers who purchase our clients’ products.

Review requests are sent through Amazon’s official "Request a Review" feature (the SP-API Solicitations API). The message is Amazon’s standard text; we never send wording of our own. Buyer contact details are never transmitted to us and we never hold them.

3. Purposes of use

Operational data obtained from a client’s Amazon account is used solely for reporting to, and operational decisions for, that client. We do not repurpose it for proposals to other clients or for our own statistics or analysis.

• To respond to enquiries and to prepare proposals and quotations.
• To perform the engagement we have been retained for: monitoring and optimizing advertising spend, enrolling in deals and coupons, maintaining listings and A+ content, tracking review status, and reporting on sales, fees, and inventory.
• To improve the quality of our services and to respond to incidents.
• To comply with applicable law.

4. Storage and retention

• Data is stored in a cloud environment we control.
• Operational data is retained for the duration of the engagement so that trends can be reviewed. After the engagement ends it is deleted in accordance with section 7.
• Enquiry information is retained for approximately two years after the enquiry has been handled, and is then deleted.

5. Security measures

• Access to data is limited to personnel who require it for their work.
• Credentials used to connect to Amazon accounts are stored encrypted and are never included in source code or documents.
• Communications use encrypted channels.
• Access rights are revoked promptly when a person leaves or changes role.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide the information we obtain to third parties without the client’s prior consent. We never sell or resell data we obtain.

The following are exceptions.

• Where disclosure is required by law.
• Where handling is entrusted to external services we use to provide our own service (cloud infrastructure, web analytics), to the extent necessary. In such cases we supervise those providers appropriately.

7. Deletion and revocation of access

• We delete the operational data and credentials we hold at the end of the engagement, or upon the client’s request.
• Clients can revoke our access at any time from the settings of Seller Central and their Amazon Advertising account. Our consent is not required.
• Where we receive a request to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete personal information we hold, we respond in accordance with applicable law after verifying the identity of the requester.

8. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics collects information using cookies; this does not include information that identifies an individual.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling them does not prevent you from browsing our website.

9. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as necessary. When we do, we will publish the revised content and the last updated date on this page.
